Bunny the Builder

I made this awhile back but was frustrated and did not like it at the time so it never was posted. Why you ask? I dont know! Now that I look at it again.. I like it! I must have been in a hurry because I could have fixed the lettering in his belt but never did... oh well! Maybe next time I have my paints out I will fix his little belt :)

Acrylic


The theme for the swap is "In the Kitchen" so I looked around my kitchen and saw my favorite spatula! Its an awesome spatula.. I was a poor college student for so long and could only afford the plastic spatulas. You know.. the kind that sorta melt on the end and scare you cause you know you are eating that plastic?? So when I could finally afford this spatula it was truly a special day!! Kinda silly, huh? :)

2010

2010 has arrived! My plans for the new year:

• Become a member of SCBWI - done
• Create some portfolio worthy pieces
• buy the illustrators market book for 2010 - done
• research the greeting card business
• mail out some promotion pieces
• finish writing and illustrating a book of my own
• Create a .com website for my portfolio - done
• Illustrate atleast once a week
